If you have not received a payment when you believe you should have, this could be due to a number of reasons:

1. Affiliate Future operates on a post-payment method.  This means we only pay publisher commissions after we have received payment from the advertiser.  Advertisers need to allow for their validations period to pass, to ensure the sale is not cancelled, and then if the advertiser operates on a 'credit account' this may mean an approximate 90 day period from transaction to payment to publisher.

Once funds are paid by the advertiser, they are moved to "allocated" in your account.

2. Before we are able to make payments to you we do need to ensure that we have all the required information below:

  1. The Site Details and Company Details sections needs to be completed, including your address and phone number.
  2. The Financial Details section needs to be completed in full, including your banks address, sort code and account number. If you are an international publisher then you will need to ensure that your swift code and IBAN number are also completed. 3. You may not have reached the payment threshold. The payment threshold is £20 for UK Publishers and £100 for International Publishers. This is NOT your account balance, but is the cleared, or "alloacted" funds received from advertisers for transactions you have generated in accordance with our post-payment terms and conditions.

We run 2 payments each month. If the above details are correct and up to date as of the 6th and 19th of each month, and you have met the threshold for allocated funds, payment should reach you by the 12th / 24th of the same month.

If you have checked all of the above (and transactions are at least 75 days old) and your balance hasn't dropped then please raise a ticket and we will investigate your query further.

If you are missing VAT from your payments when you believe you should be receiving VAT, please check that you have added your valid VAT number within the company details page in your account. If this is entered and you are still not receiving VAT, please raise a ticket.

Please note:

The Bank Routing Number is used in the United States, while IBAN is used in 28 other countries.

The other difference is that the Routing Number specifies only the bank of the account. This number usually precedes the account number. IBAN (International bank account number) is used when transferring funds internationally. It identifies the country, the account holder's bank and the account number itself.
