Upload a New Banner:
To upload new banners, go to your Programme Manager and click on the relevant programme name. Click on the 'Creatives' button and select the folder in which you would like to upload the banners.
At the top of the page, click "Add a new banner to this folder". Select the format of the creative you wish to upload, and then upload the banner from your files. Change the landing page URL if you require this to be different to the programme default landing page, and click Submit.
Replacing a Banner:
If you have new banners in the same sizes, you can use the 'replace' tool to update the banners. This avoids any broken banners on publisher's sites if you delete the banner, and means that banner will update straight away rather than publishers manually having to replace their banners.
To replace banners, go to your Programme Manager and click on the relevant programme name. Click on the 'Creatives' button and select the folder in which you would like to replace the banners.
Next, locate the banner you would like to replace and click on "Replace Me". You can replace the banner with an existing banner or a new banner from your files. If you are replacing with a new banner please update the URL as necessary. Click 'Update all Banners' at the bottom of the page.
