Occasionally you may find that a sale hasn't tracked through the platform, for example if the advertiser has a tracking issue. Whilst this is rare - we do have an Untracked Transaction system, which allows you to upload any 'missed' sales for the advertiser to approve, decline, or edit. If approved, it will be treated as any other sale and you will still receive your commission.
You can find the Upload Untracked Transaction page under your Reporting tab. There is also a page for you to upload in bulk, if needbe, and a report to check the status of your submitted Untracked Transactions.
